We get stuck sometimes.  It's true that we CAN do hard things...but we also don't have to do it alone.  We can live joyfully, and struggle with support of others that make it easier.

If abandonment has been modeled for us, we can get really good at abandoning ourselves. Negative patterns can grow roots and show up as symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other nervous system dysregulations. Therapy provides a safe opportunity for insight and powerful tools for growth that ripple through our relationships and community.
