What you think about, you bring about.
What you feed, you grow.
Where your focus goes, energy flows.
Part of the mind is the brain and the head, but that is not all. The whole body is involved in our mental experience of joys and sorrows.
The subjective experiences that we have, are also relational. Dr. Dan Siegel,, refers to the mind as a self-organizing complex system of energy flow with qualities of harmony as well as rigidity.
Our minds are flexible and adaptive. To have spiritual growth or personal growth or therapeutic growth is to promote a mind that is capable of monitoring itself and modifying itself in a stable way. A good therapist, or a good practice cultivates integration of new energy flow.
"What I need is available to me at every moment. "
"My internal self-magnet, the light inside of me, knows what it needs".
"I show up for what the universe offers with love and trust".
